Eeprom Tools v3.1 - Repair destroyed ROM3 phones by nk_calc
Hi guys,

For all people who have destroyed their old 51/61 Nokias - please
feel free to download the new version of EepromTools v 3.1

Repair ROM3 phones destroyed by nk_calc added. Restore the default simlock
and IMEI programming data in 51/61 phones with MsID starting with 81.

Compartibility:
To use the latest version of Eeprom tools you need the latest version
of dbox32.dll. If you get a error message on start up - please make
sure you have the latest dll from this package in the same dir as the
program. If you do so and still got the error message on start up, please
search you C:\Windows\System folder for the old dll and delete it.
The version shown in status bar need to be: v.3.00/2500.

How to repair 51/61 series phones with Eeprom Tools:

1. Connect the phone via Mbus and press the third button ( IMEI repair) . If you don't have
a valid original IMEI , please enter it manual by first checking the manual box and leave it
checked - press 'Repair IMEI' button.

2. The phone key pad will freeze probably, switch the phone off and on and reset full factory
with Eeprom Tools, NokiaTool or Tesla.

3. Now press the second button - 'Set Default SP locks' and wait the phone to reset. If you
have error message, switch the phone off and on again and do it again.

4. For serious damage, bad data in eeprom - please reflash MCU, PPM or write a good eeprom
dump in the phone with eeprom programmer.

Hi!

I have a winrar, but it say this file is damaged. /n/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif
What is the compressed size of this file?

Pack it to other compressor! (for example: ZIP)

no - no versions like this will..
You need a soft (like my FAiDMonster) which actually uses logs from the phone and ppm file rather than hash table...
