7650 gameboy roms and polyphonic tones

Hello im new here so not sure if this has already been asked but, What software do I use to upload midi ringtones to it (im using irda) (the nokia software has no optionto upload tones) and also I have goboy installed but i dont know how to upload roms.

Any help would be great

Just got pc manager and it works great, just need a crack for it as its a 30 day trial.

Ill have a llok later for some roms.
