upgrading firmware

i want to upgrade my firmware on GD67. do i have to send it to a service centre or can i do it myself?

here in holland they havent got new fireware yet, if they have its possible that you have to pay for it. If in your country theres no new fireware try it by your self.

how would i be able to do it by myslef? can i download the firmware from somewhere and do it with a data cable?
