I got a Philips savvy TCD 168 /VP (GSM 900/1800) Virgin Network locked UK...is it possible to unlock ? i used some softwares to try but i could not do it ...

Do you have the service cable for this phone? It will have a battery connector or two crocodile clips wired into it?
If you have then I can send you software that will work.
