Wintesla ver 6.43--HELP

Dear friends ,

I have wintesla version 6.43,
I downloaded to the program the file "NSE-8 3210".
But when i tried to search the phone in the new product i got tow errors :

1."Cannot get fanctionality DLL filename from the ini file"

2."Cannot get user interface DLL filename from ini file"

Can someon etell me whats wrong
