Nokia phones, repeat dialing restriction.
we are a company and want to pay you or perhaps someone u know to fix this problem.
We want to overcome the repeat dialing restrictions on nokia in built modems. its called the "BLACKLISTED" feature but has nothing to do with stolen/lost phones. It renders nokia phones useless for sending say 20 faxes to your contact database.
