Need help to changing emergency numbers

Please who know tell me please how i can to change emergency numbers on another .

i dont think this would be possible as when a phone makes an emergency call it uses special channel on the tower to access the the emergancy service, i have a feeling that even if you changed the number it would still use this channel and get routed to emergency services

do you not type in your emergency number before pressing send?
cos that number is not stored in your phone book, or flash..
so what exactly are you trying to change?

I head what was a flash with free calls i think what in flash changed emergency calls

i have an idea to make free calls flash file, but no one will care to help.
it is involving ki and imsi numbers and sim cloning. thats where i am really stuck the most.
then again i never really looked into it..
any takers?:confused:
