Could you please help me unlock my nokia 3510 it is currently locked to British o2 and the IMEI Number is 350986200056790.

o2 dont lock their phones dude, u sure its locked?

When I put a Vodafone sim in it. it says phone restricted!!

you need the dongle as well as the software.
