Philips fisio 825 "enter spck" plz help ?a.s.a.p

hola folks !

my uncle send me a Philips Fisio 825 ... now when i enter the sim in it ...shows last try ok n then "Enter spck" ...so what's that ...?
& how to solve it ?

some 1 plz help ...
