How to unlcok a T65?

Can anyone tell me how/with soft can i unlock my Ericsson t65?

Use "terminator 1.8" (or lower) you also need dongle...

and is there any other solution to unlock it with a soft+service cable?

Yes, by logs - about 20$ per phone. search for ericsson client.
