changing the emergency number

now we can correctly make changes to nokia phones, would it be possible to change the emergency number the phone dials without a SIM card in such as 112 or 999 ? could it be changed to a mobile phone number such as +447100158292

it was just an idea, because it may let you connect, perhaps changing it to 150 so you could call Orange customer services incase you forgot your PIN and needed the PUK, you could call the 'emergency number' and connect to the orange customer services and recieve the PUK on the move. It was only an idea. :oops:
