6210after upgrading to 6250 phone memory not accessible or invalid selection

6210 after upgrading to 6250 phone memory no longer accessible: when you browse the phone memory it say invalid selection. Same problem even I change it back to original 6210. Help..

i had the same problem, try to flash with full backup...it worked for me, except you got a bad e2p.

got this prob b4. here's an idea, 1st backup everything u have (a must). next backup datas saved (fonebook via logomanager, oxygen etc.) now clear eeprom using eeprom clean by bono or any other eeprom cleaner. upload 6250 firmware, upload the clean eeprom calc faid etc and upload datas saved. :smile: done!

this is a kids way, but keeps me away from hang trouble accessing the phonebook and other datas, hehehe. any better way pls tell me.

Here you have Virgin Eeproms (http://www.schwantz.hpg.com.br/zip/virgin_eeproms.zip) for your Nokias.
Just flash this flash eeprom to the correct address specified in zip file, then correct IMEI with Nk_Calc.

i know this is a really stupid question, but i simply don't get it! :(

well... I have another problem... :S my 6250 with the operator of VODAFONE SPAIN (900hz) working ok but... whit other operator that works with 1800 hz doesn't work, no have signal... :(

how can I resolve this???

everything i hear about eeproms is very nice, but how do i program them to the 6210/6250? what programs should be used? i've tried nokia flasher by rolis 1.8 and knok. the first one says the eeprom should be n*64kb. knok says everything went okay. but i cant see any changes on the phone. could you help me with this, guys?? :confused:

i have also trouble with my 6210 after upgrading from 6210 to 6250. The signalmeter shows full signal for about 3-5 seconds and than goes low. Turn the power on again, shows the same every time i will do so. Downgrading to original 6210 V3.01 will not function at all. After power on the mobile will go on and after a time of around 1 minute off. MBus does not function with this firmware, so i can`t do any faidcorrection with V3.01. With 6250 V5.03 MBus is okay and faidcorrection will be done, but without solving my problem. Where can i get more fullflashes for my 6210. Anyone ideas to repair my mobile? Is this an hard-,or softproblem? Please help me if you know how to solve my problems.

How can i merge the mcu+ppm+virgineeproms, what programs do i need for this. My favorite is Knok, is this okay? Anyone knows a german manual for this nice soft?
