3210 with network problems

I have several 3210 with this problem...
It sometimes logs to network but after a while it doesn't!!!...

would reprogramming the eeprom help in any way.. if yes where can I find good eeprom dumps???

It might be a hardware problem..Try taking off the aerial and cleading the contact!! also it can be caused by a bad soldered joint on one of the chips... look at the file attatched, it might give you a few ideas!!
