why you need training???
lolz
wait till a problem comes up, search that problem in you favourite gsm forum links to get solution.

if you get stuck at the time, ask for help.

that way; you learn what you need, you remember it better, your collection of software/tools will grow. you enjoy your hobby!

i wouldnt enjoy to fork out £1000+ for someone to say what i can read for free...

to be good at soldering means experience and practice, a short course cant do that for you..

i'll take half of the course cost from you, then you can add me icq ;)
online help whenever needed, forever hehe jokes:)

@ahib
i remember phucking about with a soldering iron at school, dont recall them trying to show us how to use it tho..

@pico @school the teacher showed us BUT we werent allowed to use as they thought we might get burnt!@matab as pico says you need practice &this you can only learn thru trying on PCBs & components!search for video tutorials dude(im sure there must be some-somewhere!)

hiya yea i done it at skool too but only big componets tho and could just about do it tho.
I am learning on broken board at the mo and trying to do leds and have brought a heat controled soldering iron with a tiny point so should be able to solder some larger componets like leds etc (i can kinda do leds now but sumtimes too much solder goes on the board and oins all the componets togther, i have now brought a smaller pointed iton and solder wax(clean solder off the board easy) and a solder sucking pen thinggy but i cant do smaller things like resistors(which i used to accendently burn off)

also i was wondering where i can get any other equipment like CHEAP mobile phone work phone, DC Bench Power Supply, Dual Hot Air Solder Station, Ultrasonic PCB Cleaner, Magnifyer with built in Lamp etc

-Thanks

also i am seriousley condsidering doing the course still
