Can anybody tell what's new or changes made with the version. Im planning to upgrade rom 3.16.

Not much, just bug fixes and a new set of wallpapers, plus the about info in the extras menu.....

begin is in German but INFO is in Engl.

Some pep. say:
- full palete works.

but other swear: Works better and fast.

Any way: Don't underestimate the bug fixes. And memory leeks ...

yeah it's a good idea to keep the firmware on your phone the latest...
