Logogomanager using M2BUS

Hey everyone.

Wondering about the mbus communcation with Logomanager. Use with a 3210 and 3310. When i download a image ore logo to the phone, I loose the communication. All other soft like nokia tool ect. works fine. I use the
Misiek Mbus with max232 (powered by com). Might be better to build one with 74hc14??
Ore use external power?
Seems like the communcation breaks when larger peaces of data are transmitted.

Hi Kjetil,

I use MBUS kabel by Dejan Kaljevic and I have exactly the same trouble with LM. I tested also external power for this MBUS kabel and it does not help. FBUS kabel works perfectly.

hey!
we have have the same problem! but i try to overcome that problem and i succeed! try to do what i did! 1st--choose icon what you want 2nd--before you upload image to phone,click reset to restart your phone and follow up click upload image to phone!!! hope it works to your phone.

Try to connect MBUS and Tx,cause in the original Fbus/Mbus cable of nokia these two are connected or try Mbus cable by Abe.Hope this helps.

I made a boks with flasher, mbus, and Fbus
But have not got the FBUS working. Although this is the easist to make ;-)

Do U mean the Tx on the 232 side?

Ive used 3,5V zener diodes and the Lm2990 voltage controller, instead of the 7805.

Have not made the bigest efford to get it working. The MBUS Is always the most important.

Yes,or you build FLS-2 for convenient cable to use for flash and Mbus.Works for all progs for nokia model.You dont have to plug-in and plug-out cause it is two in one(flash and mbus).

It's Logomanager problem,when i intstall v 123 works ok no problem,but with v 126 i lose comunication and need to restart phone and than upload the logo.With ringtones it has no problem
