7650 question

Im trying to repair 7650 water damage... I already clean the board but still the phone is dead.. Is there a way that I can flash this phone? If so what type of cable should i used to reflash this phone.. Is 7650 a Dct4 phone? and what program shall i used...

U needs Griffin box,Afd or neelix DCT4 flasher.7650 yes dct4.Not the common dct4 dongle v1.1.
