Hi all,

the problem here is that I have introduce 10 times the wrong PUK2 thinking it was the correct one (the terminal told me the wrong number was the PIN2, not the PUK2).

I have read that this causes a totally lock of the PIN2 protected functions, FOR EVER.

Do you know how to unlock or how to get rid of that? I have already the CORRECT PUK2, but now I cannot enter it :(

Thanks in advance, and sorry for my English

Only one way - change SIM card.

Solved!

I have phoned my provider and they (Movistar Spain) can give me a duplicate sim card.

This way I can keep my telephone number, but, what about the phonebook? They told me that I had to re-enter all the numbers.

Inmediately, I started looking for an option in my terminal (3510i) that let me move numbers between SIM and terminal memory, and, yes, there is one :) It lets you move or copy numbers between both mems in both directions.

So, if you have the same problem, look for this option in your terminal (my old 6110 didn't have it) and ask your provider for a duplicate SIM card ;)

Thanks everybody.
