send the imei and operator and country try the first code once then you will know, i dont see a problem unlocking it.

at&t, usa, 3650, will not unlock remotely, I don't suggest you attempt it, I risked messing mine up when i tried it, I am now looking into data cable and such. I think that is the only way to do it. Word.
