it's like this, all nokia phones have a eeprom that is programmed with software. That software can by "divided" in two parts... the MCU pack (that's the phone "system" software) and the PPM pack (that's the phone software language). if you have a flash and data cable for the nokia 9210 you can use it to change it's software version (mcu pack) or it's language (ppm pack), you only have to had is the ppm pack in the language you want and the software (for the pc) to do that.

if ur using the 9210, there is officially no chinese language pack available for it.

if ur using the 9210i, the u can reflash to 9210c firmware

which flash file??
if u means the 9210c mcu and ppm, is around 70MB, how to mail to u??? as i'm using a 56k modem
