Hi Abe,
Please can you help?
I have downloaded the nok tool 17b which i believe is the correct program for the suspect versions eg; 3310 v 5.03 / 5.11 also 3330 v 4.30 / v 4.50 on a previous posting i saw that you can not use m/f bus cable which i have.someone then said try Abe's cable.Do i have to buy a new cable? if so which one?Also dose it have to be modified,as i am not as able as you.Any advice on this would be greatfully received.
Many thanks in advance.

Sorry Visar Mato, noktool and nk_calc only work with pure mbus cables (e.g. ones with a physical switch, not autoswitch ones unless they've been modified!)

@robphp:
You will be pleased to know, however, that EEPROM Tools (b-phreaks) works with any mbus, even autoswitchers.. Get it, and tutorials, at www.cellularbase.co.uk (http://www.cellularbase.co.uk)

@DavieB
nope, not with mine.
I use knok for such actions, works pretty fine with it and my autoswitched f-/m-bus cable.

Lol leandros, your cable sounds realllllly bad! :smile:

www.peccomputers.co.uk (http://www.peccomputers.co.uk) sell autoswitchers that work with EEPROM Tools.

@Visar:
NokTools (Rolis) doesn't work with unmodified autoswitchers! Maybe your was modified before you got it, or is of a modified factory design but the program doesn't work with standard mbus autoswitchers!

All of my cables are "handmade" and all soft works 100%. Check your COM port settings.
