I just tried #1 and #7 codes and it did not work. The phone was turned on without a sim card. Any idea why? It's a nokia 3650 which is DCT4 right?
Maybe it's the firmware...

I've only tried 2 times, both times it said code error.
BTW, it's on the AT&T network.
