3310,3330 abnormal charge signal.

hello i have nokia 3310 & 3330 and they show battery charging without charger. the 3330 can't charge more than 10 minutes. do you know why.

Try opening the phone, and clean the contacts.

Charge i.c. has been ingressed and left a bit of conductive corrosion on i.c. which stores charge even though no charger is present ! put in sonic cleaner 4 15mins and see what happens-ya should be ready to fly.U may have toreflow ccont and charge ic as well.

first, insert panel in ultrasonic cleaner, when thoroughly dry,assemble and see what happens. if it doesnt work, try reading the flash files and writing them back. or better still, write in the files of a good model, with same s.w.v.

Please check the continuety between the points highlited in green. You should get direct short with all these points from the positive point. Any one point may be disconnected to wich results notcharging or reconnect charger with charger.
