phone book backup --> new simcard

hello, i made a backup of my phone book on my nokia and i want to put the backup onto another simcard
what program do i use?

at first wt program u used to make this backup file
logomanager can make the backup file and write it to another simcard or phone
Oxygen phone manager can do it too
