SimScan 2 & Israeli SIM

I have SIM cards of 2 Israeli operators: Orange and Cellcom (425-01, 425-02).

I've found Ki successfully from Orange card using simscan2 and SIMreader made by Dejan's schema.

But when I scanned Ki in Cellcom card (64k SIM) w/o "strong Ki", I reached A38 limit of default 63488. Then I tryed "strong Ki" - w/o result. And the third scan had kiled the SIM.

What was wrong?
Does anybody have an experience with Cellcom SIM card?
What kind of card it is?
Is any other sw which can extract Ki from this strange SIM?

Are you from israel?if you do what city?
I live in israel and Cellcom sim cards are diffrent from Orange operator sims..they security is very high
