handshake

can somebody let us know how to handshake with nokias??
we got data going to the phone but it wont do anything.
no beeps or blips etc it just sits there......:confused:

when you send "1f 00 10 40 00 04 00 01 64 03 11 3c" to the phone it should give reply " 7f " and then reboot. but we get nothing. some time ago i remember reading "basic.doc" that had a piece about handshakes i.e. pull tx pin low untill its low then pull high untill its high etc etc.
clear as mud???

so who knows the format to say hello to the phone???:-o :-o

ive made several simple proggies in vb6 to talk to phone

released source is around this forum - search for "vb6" and im sure you'll find answers ;)
