PPMEDIT last version?

Hi.
Is there have any possibility to get PPMEDIT 1.0i for free. For me it is difficult to pay 20$,becuase I need to pay addional 30$ for bank or Western Union service also for tax. Totally is 50$???
Is there anyone can help me?

actually, it looks the same as 1.0a.
