View Full Version : Searching for Flash ver. 5.20 for my Nokia 6310i

Hi,
I am looking for MCU version 5.20 for a Nokia 6310i (i.e. NPL-1). I was able to find 5.10 and 5.22, but I wasn't able to find 5.20. Can someone point me to the right direction?

The reason that you can't find it is because it does not exist. v05.10 and v05.22 are correct and now even v05.50 but not ever v05.20! hope this helps.

That's not correct. 5.20 is special customized version for Canadian Rogers AT&T wireless provider.

Actually this was the first site I checked when I started looking for the flash. That's where I was able to find the other flashes (i.e. 5.10, 5.22 and 5.50).

As Beaujolais mentioned, 5.20 is a "special" version for North American phones of the 5.22 version which is for Europe. For the first time, I read it in the comments on www.freegsm.biz website. Then a friend of mine (who has the same phone) called the main Canadian authorized reseller for Nokia and got the same information. Then i saw it on the same site that Beaujolais wrote above.
I know that 5.50 would work on our phone, but 5.20 is the latest "supported" version by all resellers in Canada. So I would like to have it handy just in case if 5.50 mess up.

Please if someone can find me that version, it would be really appreciated.
