8290 unlocked; can't get ringtones/operator logos

Last week I unlocked my Nokia 8290 with a cable & "Nokia Tool by Rolis v1.8".

All seems to be fine, I can call people can call me & I did the #pw+1234567890+1# and "Sim not restricted", but I can't get ringtones and or Operator/Call Group logos via SMS. I generally use MonkeyTone or MonkeyLogo with my palm via infrared to get these and now they don't work anymore; I get a message with jibberish in it... Any ideas?

use logomanager, there is lots of copy's available on the internet, use the data cable an set your network manually, i have problems with autodetect network with a cable, IrDA works fine though.
