Enter in hot line menu....in field 231 enter value 00(the old is 05 which is 5 time you try to neter wrong code)
Turn off and turn on your phone hardver failur is fixed!
Put locked card in side phone when you get meassage "sim locked" r "sim verru" enter this code

after press "ok"!
