Can't flash 3310. HELP PLEASE!

Hi all,
i've got a 3310 (v04.23) and a mbus cable (actually i don't know if it's a mbus or m2bus cable. I don't know what the difference between them are).

I just unlocked it using eeprom tools. Next what i want to do is to upgrade the version, but i don't know how to do it! Logomanager, Nokia Profile, NokiaTool,... everything works, but...
In Dejan Flasher i get a "bad connection" error. I tried to use the Nokia Flash Tool by GSM Brothers and the one by Cyberdog, but nothing happens when i click "Flash - Read Flash". I just get a "power on phone" message and nothing happens. I've waited for 2 hours and still nothing :???:

Could anybody please tell me:
- if it's possible to flash my phone using the mbus/m2bus cable?
- if "yes" what program should i use?

You need Dejan flasher cable to downgrade-upgrade version {is very cheap you can buy it in many sites}

No you can't flash without a flasher lead

sites seem to be stoping sales of paralel flasher cables and turning to multi Mbus leads.
should be able to get one from one of the above links.
