6210 software upgrade

I want to upgrade the software to the latest version (5.56), which flash(es) do I need to use??? Is it just the MCU+PPm, or repair flash or even the Full flash???
Also I've seen the files I think I need But it says they are Portugese!!! can I use it???

Select the flash mcu ppm with the language that you want an d flash it/start nk calc F1 F2 F3 and that's it
