8310 cant ring out

i have had the phone unlocked to use on orange but now i cant ring out or recive any calls even with the old sim card i have phone t mobile and the phone is not black listed
any ideas please help

go into settings then call settings, might be summit there.

i have phoned t-mobile and thay are saying it's not black listed and orange say the same as well tryed phone settings still no luck
