Help me 7650

Please give me info about language packs on 7650, i want to upgrade my 7650 have vietnamese...
and another problem: my phone no have icon FM to turn on FM fuction. but my friends buy 7650 in Singapore have

A nokia service point might be able/willing to install a different language pack on your phone..
The Nokia 7650 doesn't come with a FM Radio installed so that's probably the reason why you don't have an FM icon :]
