Files transfer

I'm a newbie......
I know how transfer files from pc to cellular phone.....but..
How can i transfer files from phone (for example a video i've done with camcorder) to my pc????
what program i must use? what can i do?

just send it via infra red, your pc will prompt you to recieve the file

u have to use a filebrowser like FExplorer and send them via IR

the best way is to use PC suit and do a back up of your phone.... Then just browse the nokia directory on your PC and you'll find the video files..

and if I don't have infrared on my pc?
can i do it with bluetooth ?
I've tried doin backup...but a didn't find the file
can someone tell me a program 4 bluetooth (but don't the nokia suite)
