3650 firmware upgrade

anyone upgraded a 3650 firmware from v1.34 to v2.5? what are the difference? does the usable dynamic RAM increase? thanks!

2.54 is the latest... tho mines still 2.50.

I upgrade 2 months ago. Anyways, you have the save option to the mmc when someone sent you a picture via txt, bt, or infra red. Also some games did not work when I had the V1.34 and now it does (i forgot what games). Also from what I notice the phone runs better and I have no errors....

what are the changes from 2.5 to 2.54?
