3650 sp command fail

can you help about this problem 3650,sp unlocking fail to unlock, and also and nk calculator not allowed the phone display,

have anyone here how repair it..

can u give and advice..

what soft are you using? griffin? neelix? for the calculator you should know where the phone is locked to?

I think the User-data is damaged. Use AFD and send the logs to B-phreaks.

nk calculator....i believe u are talking about old dct3 unlocker....
be more specific and tell us what program do u use


use some good tool like griffin, afd or neelix to unlock this dct 4 phone

i get a similar errer with xp dct-4 flasher v2.0(cheap flasher cables) i got it on a 8310 says "Error in SP command"
Why is this?
Is the software version of the phone too new to unlock by this software?

xp dct4 flasher does not support higher version dct4(6310i,8310 6510,8910) and colored LCD phones. for 8310 though there is one solution downgrade the unit to a lower version then unlock it. Hope this helps

so if i downgrade the software and unlock it then if i upgrade the software will it stay unlocked or isnt that possable?

u need to install the news fia for the new version before u can flash the phone .i will send the software.i also have the same problem with 8310.downgrade the then try to unlock ,still writed sp write fail.then i restore it back n now i got contact service.plz help me ....;)

The cheap flasher always produce "Contact Service" after downgrading! I have had the same problem with my 8310 as a result of downgrading it to lower version so that I can unlock it!

But the rseult is "Contact Service" instead of unlocking it! Also, the method of fixing Contact Servive is flashing the PPM only and press "Unlock/Repair" seem not working!

I read the user manual of the cheap flasher and it said downgrading will produce "Contact Service", so we are warned !!

I have to borrow a Griffin Box from a friend to fix the Contact Service problem!

It is very easy to repair contact service after down grading using the cheap flasher.You have to get the phone into test mode and then unlock using the Jic unlocker and all i ok..........TESTED.

On how to get th phone into test mode....You to short the the Negative terminal of the Battery to the the terminal just next to it.

Short 3 and 4 then connect cable phone will go into test mode,then unlock using Jic unlocker.
This solution works....I have tested on 8310,6310 and 3510
