*.re format???

If someone could mail to me How *.re format is made, then I can make a program what could import mid files to flash.
Anyone interested?
I have had made already a program that can :
- add ringtones(*.re) to flash
- change ringtones order
- Change all possible text
- 51xx, 61xx,8210 possible other models too...

Also I need checksum calculation source(Vbasic), if anyone could give that to me, it would help everyone =)
