8210 from abroad isn't showing signals plz help?

hola folks !

my uncle send me 8210 from abroad ...but it's not showing the signals while everything is ok imei is same as on the back sticker of mobile ... plz help ?

You haven't said where you are or where the phone came from!? Certain countries like the USA use a different frequency to the rest of the world! USA is 1900Hz and the rest is 900\1800Hz!;)

Try flashing new software and updating the FAID, correcting the checksums can't hurt either!
