i have to qoute this, found it in another forum, it worked for me.

Yes thats true !
You can now upgrade your 33XX mobile to the latest version
and u can still send those ringtones without composing them again !!!
It's so easy just go to the composer menu and rename the ringtone to any name but be sure to put "$" at the begining of the tone name .
example :
old name : Tone 36
new name: $Tone 36
now get out of the composer menu and and back then try look for SEND option "
