imei change

Hi!

Is it possible to make a total imei change?
I read something that only the last numbers were possible but this was imho not with actual tools!

I want to switch the imei between 2 8210s from different countries (44.....<->35.....)
5.21/Rom5 & 5.30/Rom6

Does this work without problems?
