Can't flash 6210

Hi,

My friend has tried to flash his phone by Knok22, but something go wrong (we have a full backup).
Whene we tried to flash it with Knok22 we get the error cannot analyze phone.
I tried it with nokia flash tool : unknown flash type ID: FFFFFFFF

Rollis give no error but don't doe anything.

can someone help us.
What is going wrong.
Can we use a other program
