Então a pergunta: Qual o hardware do 3330?

Yes, this is true that nokia downgraded some 3330 to 3310, because the shortage of 3310. This 3310(3330) have a flash IC of 4MB, to flash it to a 3310, you need to flash the 3310 flash twice. It hasn't been confirmed yet.

You can find out which Flash-Size your phone have using ROLIS 4.77 (or newer). If you Read the flash with this Software, the Flash Size was displayed on the screen.
If the software display a Flash xxx160 Chip it is 2MB
If the software display a Flash xxx320 Chip it is 4MB
