Help for 8310 no ringtone,no vibration and no keypad tone. plz help

I have a 8310 model my problem is I don't have any sound from my phone my speaker is alright if someone call me I don't hear the phone ring but if I take I can hear the person. It's quiet even vibration not working keypad tones also not working can you help me please.

its very simple just reflash yours fone yours prob wil be solved it 100% software prob
try 2 flash it if u have face n e prob as me my email is [email protected]
