Need help with Nokia 8310 USB data cable!

I bought the cable, plugged it in but windowsXP doesnt have the drivers?

Anyone know where i can get these, or any software that can use it.

i have same problem.i know the answer but i still cant use on xp.people say after install userport it will ok.try already also can not.maybe because i using laptop not desktop.try to install this
