1) Remove the Sim from your phone & turn it on.

2) Try these codes:

#pw+848331772615731+1#

If the first code in the list doesn't work , then try the next...

To get the p push your * key 3 times, the w is the * pushed 4 times.

3) When the lock has been removed it will say "Restriction Off" or something similar.
