Format?

can someone tell me how to format the fon thoroughly. when i tried *#7370*, it only reseted it to factory settings. i tried to format the MMC too but in the installed apps, it says the apps are still there. please help, im new in this 9210 thing.

once u put in the battery, press and hold the Shift+Ctrl togeter then keep pressing the F button before the 2 big hand come out.
