Why does it always happen to me AGH:mad: <br />
Well heres problem i was sitting there texting a mate and drinking my cola when silly me decided to drop my 3310 into a glass of coke!!!<br />

At first if i pressed say 1 it would jump to the games menu or something like that but that sorted it self out after a few hours and a while under a hair dryer...<br />
<br />
..BUT then that night a relised that the light stayed on ever so slightly i could av coped with that but it is getting a real pain to charge my phone every 5hours or so. Can any please help me or am i doomed (well at least av to fork out for a new one):rolleyes: <br />

hi,

well, try to open the phone and clean the pcb and all the parts doing contact on the pcb...if that doesn't help, well...you messed up your phone...

Your MSID is missing, you need to full flash it.
clean the PCB b4 flashing. as 4 the lights on problem, short of the LEDs to the ground. Should be ok after you clean your PCB.

hi!
your software system is ok, but your hardware got a bit of problem.try to calibrate two little capacitors near the heatsink just next to an IC which control the keypad, change it...thats it....and go clean it 1st.

Hi all.
It is correct that the pcp has to be cleand.
Had the same problem myselfe.
Most important is to clean on the holes witch the led are mounted in. I cleaned the board a couple of times with no result. Afer using a stiff paint brush with isopropanol in the holes it worked.

There's a solution because of the Keypad/Vibrator/Buzzer control IC at the low end right sides seem open joint try to resolder the IC Joint.
The IC Coding is NMP70433 (20 joint)
