myx5 which software to unlock with cable

i have a myx-5 which did not unlock with imei. my only option is to use a cable. any idea which software i need to use to unlock the phone

Only for version JE 3.9 sw in my X-5 don't have solution!
For all other phones must buy logg!
No free solution!

purchased a log but the fone still will not accept a different network sim as the fone just locks up after a couple of seconds. any ideas

And after few second your phone whon't accept diferent card?
Please give more detail!
My be you try some wrong solution of unlokc and you demage some field in your phone!

fone was bought second hand. originally on t-mobile uk. seller told me the fone was unlocked already. when i insert an o2 sim the fone comes on and displays o2 logo. i can ring top up line but after 3 to 4 seconds fone locks up and the only way to switch it off is to pull the battery out. same thing happens if i insert a vodaphone sim. if i insert a t-mobile sim the fone functions perfect. if i enter the engineer menu with no sim inserted the fone does not lock up. also i can run the fone demo without a sim inserted without any problems. i bought a log with unlock code but this made no difference.

Is very hard to explain way!
But I think is sw error!
I have same problem on one mw930 and once start working fine!
I don't konw way!
Sw was perfect!
You can read your phone whit drsagem!
