Hi,

I have a 6210 and i'm trying to make it a 100% working 6250.

Everytime i flashed into my phone i used Nokia Flash Tool or kNok. Everything always worked fine. To make the 6250 firmware work on my 6210 i've uploaded the mcu+ppm (05.00 J) using kNok. After updating FAID and reseting the phone everything worked fine, but i get a VERY weak network signal. I know it's because off 1800 support. My operator is based on 1800.

So i tried to flash the virgin eeprom into my phone. I've set the start address to 005FA000, but...kNok (nothing happens) and Nokia Flash Tool (error msg) didn't work :(

I don't know why, but no flasher based program works for me! When i try to upload the whole flash into my phone using flasher i get:

Loading Boot Loader...
Boot Loader is Ready.
Flash ID:00898896
Loading Flash Loader...
Flash Loader is Ready.
CMD Error!ash...

When i try to upload the 6250 virgin EEPROM using flasher i get a "Boot Init Error" msg.

I don't know much about cables. A note that i got with the cable says:

"Nok. Flasher Cable:
Connect to PC DB 25 pin Parallel (LPT) Port
No external power supply
TTL enhancement for stabilty improvement"

Maybe it's my PC?! I have a Intel Celeron 466MHz, 256MB RAM, Win 98.

Please help me! I know you people know much about flashing, but i'm still a newbie and i can't figure out what i do wrong!
